The Dundas Aqueduct is a historic aqueduct located in Bath, England. It was completed in 1805 and spans the River Avon, connecting the Kennet and Avon Canal to the Somerset Coal Canal. The aqueduct is made of limestone and is 137 meters long and 18 meters high. It was designed by Scottish civil engineer John Rennie, and is considered a marvel of engineering due to its innovative design and construction at a time when canal engineering was still a relatively new field. The Dundas Aqueduct is now a Grade I listed structure and a popular tourist attraction, offering views of the surrounding countryside and the River Avon. It is also a popular location for fishing and walking.
